Email check: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX online | TwojeIP.net
Check a domain's email setup: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI. A report with a list of problems and hints.
What does the mail check cover?
The tool analyses the domain's mail-related DNS records: MX servers, the SPF policy (with the number of DNS lookups), DKIM keys, the DMARC policy, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT. Each section gets a rating and a description of the problems.
A correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup protects your domain against spoofing and improves email deliverability.
What is SPF?
SPF is a TXT record that lists the servers allowed to send mail from the domain. It has a limit of 10 DNS lookups, beyond which receivers return an error.
Why was no DKIM key found?
A DKIM selector is any name chosen by your mail provider. We check popular selectors, and you can enter your own in the field below the result (you will find it in a message's DKIM-Signature header).
Which DMARC policy should I set?
Start with p=none and reports (rua), then move to p=quarantine after reviewing them, and finally to p=reject.
Can I enter an email address?
Yes, the tool extracts the domain from it.
